What is Human Design?
Human Design is a modern synthesis of ancient systems: astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, the chakra system, and genetics — blended with a practical, body-centered map of how you’re wired to move through life.
Think of it as an energetic anatomy: it shows how your energy operates, where you’re conditioned, and how you can live with more ease and authenticity.

Human Design was transmitted in the late 20th century as a received system (often referenced through the work of Ra Uru Hu). It’s a language — a map — that helps translate the subtle mechanics of your energy into practical guidance for everyday life.

Human Design references the idea of subtle energetic particles (often called neutrinos in the literature) passing information through your energetic field. Practically, this points to the reality that we are constantly influenced by subtle energies: planetary, social, and ancestral. The BodyGraph reads those imprints and shows how they shape your design.

At the heart of Human Design is the BodyGraph — a visual chart that maps your energy centers, gates, and channels. From it we can see:
Your Type (how your energy interacts with the world).
