Hi, I’m Marisa.
I grew up learning to feel the room before I felt myself.
This is where that journey brought me.
Who I am
My name is María Luisa, though most people call me Marisa. Both names are part of my story.
I grew up learning to feel the room before I felt myself. Life asked me to be perceptive early. To read silence, tension, and emotion like a second language. I became the one who understood what wasn't spoken, the one who held the weight others couldn't carry. That kind of childhood shapes you in ways you don't see until much later.
I studied Pedagogy because I believed in walking beside people while they learn. Not above them. Not ahead of them. Beside them. That word, pedagogue, has never left me.
Human Design didn't find me when I was looking for it. It found me when I had lost everything I thought I was. A marriage that wasn't mine. Years in jobs that drained me. A move to the other side of the world that broke me open. When I came back to Spain, something found me and gave me a language for what I had been living without words.
I am a 6/2 Pure Generator. I use that as a compass, not a cage.
My path and formation
My formation is a combination of things you can hold on paper and things you can only earn through living.
I hold a degree in Pedagogy with studies in developmental psychology. I am a certified Human Design Reader and a certified Spiritual Coach. But what shaped my approach most is the work I did on myself: identity work, shadow work, somatic practice, IFS, years of therapy, and the slow, honest process of dismantling every role and mask I had built to survive.
Nothing I offer comes from theory alone.
How I support others
Most people who find me are not broken. They are tired. Tired of responding from a place that was never really theirs. Tired of patterns they can see but cannot seem to stop.
What I offer is not a programme or a method. It is a space to slow down enough to hear yourself again.
We use Human Design as a starting point. Not as a label, but as a language for recognising what is yours and what you absorbed from the people and environments around you. From there we look at the patterns that live in the body, the conditioned responses, the places where you override your own knowing without realising it.
The work is honest, unhurried, and grounded in real human experience. I do not stand above you. I walk beside you. And I ask you the questions you might have been avoiding.
If you are here, something in you is already ready.
